Auditing Union Communications

We have done extensive research programs for state and national unions, using focus groups and surveys, that explore all aspects of the unions communication—including its magazine and publications, its web site, e-mail, press releases, benefits advertisements, televisions shows and ads, and its social media. These communications audits focus on how both members and voters get their information, what kind of information they want, how they want the information presented, and how they evaluate the information the union is presenting.

This type of communication audit can be extensive, covering all of the unions communication, or focus on one aspect, such as remaking the union's web site and internet communication.
